Located right outside of the entrance to Jigokudani, Dai-Ichi Takimotokan is a famous hotel that contains 30 different onsens, each with its own mixture of chemicals (it is claimed that some chemicals are good for lowering blood pressure, some are good for softening the skin, etc). Individuals staying at Dai-Ichi Takimotokan have full use of its onsens as part of their room charge, while non-guests can pay 2000 yen for a day's admittance.
